Katalin Orosz graduated in Physics from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Department of Biological Physics. She majored in Biological Physics and in her thesis she analyzed biological networks. Afterwards, she carried on doing research on complex systems as a research assistant at the Department of Biological Physics, ELTE and was doing statistical and network analysis on Wikipedia article data and texts, searching for the mechanisms behind producing quality content by mass collaboration. Currently, she focuses on the analysis of social networks as a Ph.D. student.
Katalin also has got teaching activity at the Department of Biological Physics connected to the Electron spin resonance laboratory measurement.
